With the Striad Mid-Back Lounge Chair, Markus Jehs and Jürgen Laub didn’t set out to create another modern lounge chair. Instead, they kept their focus on the outcome of what a lounge chair needs to deliver: a premium experience of comfort.

Layers of Comfort

Inspired by the construction of high-performance ski boots, Jehs and Laub designed Striad in layers: a structural outer shell, a flexible inner shell made of a natural fiber composite material, and a layer of individually upholstered, dual-density foam cushions.
